Understanding the deep link between environment and learning, PEF has successfully:
• Built girls’ bathrooms in 8 rural government schools, ensuring privacy and dignity for hundreds of
adolescent girls.
• Supported the construction of two schools—creating safe, modern spaces for rural children.
• Donated over 150 laptops and set up two science labs, bridging the technology & resource divide.
• Provided sports equipment to 28+ schools, fostering holistic development.
In collaboration with multinational companies and security experts, PEF has sensitized over 1.6 million students
about the latest cyber threats and safe digital habits—focusing on critical topics, including the dangers of sharing
One-Time Passwords (OTP), digital do’s and don’ts, and personal data safety. Our hands-on workshops have
created a tech-smart, cautious new generation ready for the digital age.
Under this innovative program, over 1,600 unemployed youth, especially from rural backgrounds, underwent
intensive technical skill building and employability workshops, leading to direct placement in leading
multinational companies. Our ongoing support to these placed candidates ensures retention and long-term
career growth.
Through a pioneering partnership with a reputed DTH industry client, PEF reached 930 ITI students across India,
inspiring them to stay rooted in their communities while gaining skills and earning opportunities locally.
Participants received practical training and direct employment opportunities without the need to relocate to
distant urban centers.
